Beyond my professional endeavors, my greatest treasures are my marriage to Kurt and four children, ages 23 to 10. Being a working parent has provided me with empathy and insights into the challenges we face today, enriching my approach to consulting.

I offer guidance on integrating Christian values into both business practices and personal growth, believing that a faith-based approach empowers us all to thrive on life's journey.

My professional path has been diverse, driven by a passion for engaging and connecting with people across various settings. From teaching to advertising, educational outreach, and the medical field, I've consistently demonstrated dedication to excellence and innovation.

In addition to my consulting work, I'm currently working on "Letters to Monique: A Journey of Breaking Generational Trauma," a memoir set to be released in 2025. I've also launched a podcast, "Through Deep Waters," based on Isaiah 43:1-2, alongside my dear friend and sister in Christ, Martha. Additionally, I develop Bible studies for individuals or small groups, drawing on my deep understanding of scripture and its practical application.

I find joy in contributing to the Living It Out devotional at CedarCreek, where I serve as a lobby host coach, women's group leader, and weekend team lead.
